PN series of lower nozzles for ladle are made from corundum, bauxite, flake graphite, antioxidant and phenolic resin. They show the features of excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance, good excellent corrosion and erosion resistance, strong cracking resistance etc.
Based on the different content of carbon, the lower nozzles are divided into two series: low-carbon lower nozzle and medium-carbon lower nozzle. Low-carbon lower nozzle is especially suitable for both low-carbon and super-low-carbon steel grades.
