Explosion-proof Fast-drying Self-flow Castables

To shorten baking time of industrial furnaces, explosion-proof rapid-heat-up monolithics are developed by PRCO. Comparing with conventional castables, the dry-out period may be reduced from 9 days to 3-5 days, so downtime and cost is dramatically saved.

PN-SF should be installed via self-leveling or pumping, they are well suited for use in difficult application areas including furnace roof, sidewall or water-cooling pipe.
