The PN-SR cast skid rails and blocks are especially developed for pusher type reheat furnace and walking beam reheat furnace. They provide such excellent properties as high strength, good resistance against abrasion and thermal shock etc. The service life is twice as long as conventionally used brick rail such as fused ZrO2-corundum rail or corundum-SiC rail.
PN-SR innovative cast rail is a kind of high-tech product which has been awarded several prizes such as National Level Science & Technology Advancement. So far reliable performances have been proven in over 50 industrial furnaces.
