Baking-free High-strength Self-flow Castables

Baking-free high-strength self-flow castables is tailored for reheating furnace rushing to repair, which requires rapid temperature rising when preheating and long service life. It can reduce baking time to 24 hours from 7-15 days compared with conventional castables, saving 6 days at least. The series of castables is applied to every part of industrial furnace, and used in Liangang Steel, Chengde Steel, Tangshan Steel, Shanguan Steel, etc. It is ideal refractory for reheating furnace yearly and heavy repair.
