PRCO PN-SCN series of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide slabs are produced in high temperature nitriding furnaces. They are used as the hotface materials in the sidewalls of aluminum electrolysis cells. The performances have been proven satisfied in decades of Al cells due to quality consistency in terms of chemical stability, oxidation resistance, cryolite resistance, thermal conductivity and dimensional tolerances.
PN-SCN slabs have been supplied to many Al smelters at home and abroad, such as Jiaozuo Al, Guiyang Al, Zhongfu Al, Baotuo Al, BSL, RUSAL, ALCAN etc.
